Claudiu Mirea is a musician from Craiova, Romanian, with an experience of over twenty-three years
    • He started studying guitar after listening to Metallica’s “Black Album”, which had a big influence on him and made him want to start his music journey.
    • Along his passion for rock music, the love for classical music appeared, more precisely for classical guitar, an instrument as popular as it is fabulous.
    • He graduated the Art School, classical guitar section, in his hometown, then he perfected himself at the Music College in Timisoara, where he studied classical guitar and where he also discovered that he likes to sing with his voice and also to write his own songs.
    • In 2007, he participated in the first voice contest in Romania, “Megastar”, where he took singing lessons with Crina Mardare. He left the competition on the fourth place and, two years later, in 2009, he got his ‘revenge’ and won the contest with Buzz, the band he was part of.
    • He collaborated with composers such as George Hora, with whom he released the song “Zile cu soare”.
    • In 2011, he participated in “Vocea Romaniei” (“The Voice”), being part of Horia Brenciu’s team.
    • In 2013, he participated in the Eurovision Contest (Romania) with the song “I feel so high”, written in collaboration with Daniel Alexandrescu from K1Production, with whom he released two more songs: “Nu sunt stresat” and “Te iubesc de nu mai pot”.
    • Then he collaborated with Mihai Ogasanu with whom he launched “It burns me up”, “Magnet” and “We are the ones”, the latter reaching the Eurovision Contest (Romania) 2019 final.
    • Claudiu also has a rich repertoire of cover songs, a delight for the public over the years at numerous private events and parties in the country and abroad. His love for music welcomes all future collaborations and projects, looking forward to what music will bring him next!
